Onboarding was smooth and using the platform is intuitive. Unfortunately, I have been credentialed for 2 weeks and have not gotten a client from Headway yet.

Apart from having our profile on Psychology Today, Headway does nothing to assist us in acquiring new clients. I began with Headway on March of this year and have yet to see a client with insurance. Also, I appear to be having a technical issue with the system when it comes to updating Treatment Plans. It has me updating them every two weeks, with the only two private pay clients I have. Headway has attempted to help to no avail. Headway has been courteous in trying to help, but it does not fix the issue.

**Avoid Headway!** They charged my card 18 different times over a single day due to an incorrect calculation of my insurance co-pay. They withdrew over $500 from my account, and to make matters worse, they do not provide a phone number for customer service; all communication is conducted via email. It is ironic that a company dedicated to mental health would engage in such financial practices and then deny responsibility for their actions and say “We know this is not what you want to hear.” Their actions are causing significant stress and anxiety… what a company :/ Headway, of course you comment and tell me to reach out because that’s exactly what I did and was told, “This is not what you want to hear.” So, stop pretending that you actually offer meaningful help.

I enjoy other services Headway provide to their Providers, but it is somewhat difficult to receive help when needed immediately. The chat sometimes responds well but other times the responses seem irrelevant to the information requested.

I am not a fan of your AI provider relations. It always has limited information and ability. A live provider is often needed and therefore it is a waste of time to use

The way it helps with notes is great. The calendar and help support has been faster and easier. Overall I do like the set up. I would say better process should be the credentials for insurance in multiple states and marketing side for the professionals.
