The team responded at a reasonable time. However the system needs to change. It took three days to resolve the problem instead of one phone call. We providers see clients and in-between we try to solve technical problems. Please review your system when providers have technical problems and it's still pending more than 24hours so that we can have access to talk to a technical person.

Great platform, easy to use and good payment from most insurance companies (better than all other platforms). One problem is not enough referrals as opposed to Grow Therapy and other platforms which has gotten Headway a bad reputation among clinicians. Another issue would be to have a number to call for insurance companies to call, clients or therapists for problems rather than going through the AI messaging.

Because of there limited Human involvement an issue that under normal circumstances that could've been resolved..it took me two weeks. To be unsuccessful in trouble shooting a minor issue as a result I couldn't receive therapy from the provider moving forward apps like this if your not careful if there's a billing glitch with your card it's a strong possibility it may never get resolved..my experience lead me to believe this is a flawed and broken model and I strongly recommend avoiding Headway and select an app on every level you can speak with Human beings

I appreciate Headway for making the credentialing and insurance paneling process much easier, and I generally enjoy using the platform and software. My main frustration has been with insurance verification and the accuracy of benefit information, particularly with Select Health. There have been multiple situations where Headway initially showed that a client had no copay or that services were covered, only for the client to later be back-charged hundreds of dollars once the insurance claim was fully processed. The verification process can also take a long time, which means clients may attend several sessions before anyone realizes that the original benefit information was incorrect. I would really like to see more accurate and timely insurance verification, as well as clearer communication when coverage is still pending or uncertain. It puts both providers and clients in a difficult position when the information initially provided by Headway later turns out to be inaccurate.
