I'm been trying to answers from my Headway.co contact for several weeks now, specifically regarding how much they're actually making per client, as well as concerns I have about their new "provider agreement". From what I've been able to glean from other sources, it seems to me that Headway.co is making a LOT of money off of their providers and isn't willing to be transparent about this!

Headway's EMR is easy to use, they have very high rates (up to $120) a session and have a lot of easy to use walkthroughs that you can review when you need it.

I've used Headway for about 2.5 years. They have made insurance reimbursement easy and much more predictable for me, plus the pay is sometimes more than my individual contract with insurances!

I recently began utilizing Headway for my billing system and attended their onboarding webinar, which was presented by Charles B. I want to express my appreciation for the informative presentation. The resources provided have given me practical strategies to enhance my referral base, and I am confident I can implement them effectively. I eagerly look forward to utilizing the knowledge gained from the presentation to enhance my overall business performance.

I love Headway but when I've needed support, that was a little difficult and timely to obtain. I would definitely recommend to other therapists

Most of my experiences through Headway have been positive. And overall, the company has been a great help to my practice. Customer service responses are usually good at giving specific advice on how to solve my problem. I wish filling out a support ticket was a little more personalized, no drop down menu with choices that don’t fit. Or that I could have an email to write to. And I would absolutely love an option to have a quick phone call with somebody. And I’m sure if that happens, the people on the end of the line will be as lovely as the people are who respond to emails.

I am very impressed with Headway. They provide a user friendly platform and as a result, it has helped expand my private practice. Hopefully, it can expand soon to other private insurances on the market as well.

Headway is responsive and professional. They keep practitioners informed. They are quick to offer help. Getting clients on board is smooth and efficient.
