Great customer service. Anytime I have questions regarding client benefits or how to use the system, everyone has been extremely friendly, helpful and responsive.

Easy to see and Bill clients

Customer service is NOT responding to my concern about a new charge to my account this is almost x3 higher than normal. Then when I write and raise my concern - you answer in the dark. You are stil not answering my email in regards to the extra charge that all of sudden appeared. How is that possible - that it’s so difficult. I don’t get it. Now 2 answers later - my questions still not resolved and your respond time was over 8 days on my last email. Come on! Has this become the norm now for tech companies to not care at all.

2 times I have not been paid on time.

I like how user friendly the reporting and insurance verification it is. Even though there have been issues with insurance verification has occurred but for the most part it has been really good experience.

Technical support was quick to reply and they took care of my issue. So far, they’ve been very supportive.

Headway is a great way to find and book therapy appointments. It's easy to use, affordable, and accepts most major insurance plans. I like how easy they make it to find a therapist and handle billing matters. Headway's customer service support team have been excellent to work with.
