The on boarding process was quick, easy and efficient.

Headway has made it easy for me to have a private practice as they are providing the billing. Customer service is prompt. I have had no issues thus far. Their website is user friendly. They are quick to follow up if there is a site or other issue and I appreciate their communication. The only negative I have is I referred a colleague to them and they paid the referral fee through PayPal which I do not engage with and therefore I had to create an account with PayPal. Unsure why they couldn’t pay through direct deposit as they do all of my other payments. I had a bad experience with PayPal which left me not wanting to engage with them again.

I've been with Headway for over a year and it has been a wonderful stress-free experience. I look forward to the upcoming changes and can't wait to bring more clients aboard.

Headway makes it easy for me to have my private practice and be accessible to people using insurance without the headache of getting on insurance panels. I also enjoy getting paid regularly.

literally the worst platform ive ever experienced. i have insurance right and my copay when i FIRST started was 35. i got a new therapist and after the new year with my company, mental health services were supposed to be free. i had a couple sessions that were at 0. i had gotten two refunds back from headway of 450 and 150. Then i got an email from multiple sessions that i was being undercharged by 104 and some cents. i had constantly checked my benefits on headway and it was CONSTANTLY changing. it went from 35 to 0 to 305 to now 160-170 per session and btw i still have insurance. i emailed them and it took them quite literally 6 days to get back to me.

As a practitioner, I’ve found Headway to be very responsive and informative. They offer plenty of support to their practitioners.
