Very easy and professional from the start. The site is easy to navigate and easy for clients. Billing is extremely easy and payments are always on time. I have genuinely enjoyed working with Headway. They have helped me maintain existing clients and find new ones!

Headway is a great company to work for. You have the comfort of creating your own schedule, talk and connect with your clients and the flexibility for support if/when needed. The reimbursement rate is the best I've seen from any other therapy company I've worked for. I will continue to work here for years to come.

They have absolutely no phone number or email address to contact anyone at the company. The ONLY way to contact is logged-in through a long form which sends an automated email response that someone will get back to you AFTER 24 hours (which they don't) and there is absolutely nothing else you can do but wait. Worst platform ever. I have excellent insurance has been valid for years as verified by both my insurance agency and employer however this 3rd party company (Headway) automatically states my insurance isn't valid. I have heard this is how they get your bank and card info since you must then use this to pay and they sell all your info the other parties including Google (the are currently in a class action law suit for this at the moment). Horrible and unethical company. Do not use.

Tracy walked me through what I needed from Headway: marketing strategies. She provided a safe place to talk about the ideal clients and how to reach them. Her suggestions were vitally helpful.
