Cons: While I have had positive experiences with Headway Support Team, I have noticed that a few responses in the past did not fully address my specific concerns and appeared to be automated. Pros: I am quite satisfied with the customer service provided by Headway! I liked the marketing ideas that were discussed today and promptly put into action. It's been a refreshing change since I joined Headway. Keep up the great work!

Headway has made the process of accepting insurance easy to do. Their platform is intuitive to use and easy to navigate.

I love the ease of using Headway. The calendar feature is great for both my use as well as client access. The fact that I don't need to deal with insurance companies has got to be the biggest selling point! I find confusing and take up valuable hours that can be better spent in client care. The support team are professional and prompt with assisting on all matters that I have brought before them. I do agree with other reviews, networking with other provides would be a great option and opportunity.

Headway HW has been a great experience for me from day one. Complete HIPAA compliance is something I have only seen only HW. Send in a help ticket and your reply and instruction will be handled quickly. The portals ease of access and use is wonderful for both the provider (me) and my clients.
