The service has been wonderful! However, it would be awesome if TriCare - Humana was picked up as an insurance provider!

Headway has made a world of difference for me as a therapist in private practice. From helping with credentialing (which, by myself as a therapist has been a nightmare), to the very smooth process for clients using the system and the super-easy session confirmation and payment process. I love it. It's been a godsend.

Terrible customer service. Headway has stolen all data from ZocDoc. Even if the provider accepts your insurance, Headway doesn't.

Headway has simplified billing, scheduling even documentation though I have been using Icanotes for years and because I have many clinical records in Icanotes I am ambivalent about using all aspect of documentation provided in Headway. If I didn't have the history with Icanotes I would likely be all in with Headway. Although the email help center is very responsive and resolves most issues, their should be a phone option. I am currently trying to resolve a coordination of benefits issue as is the client, numerous emails and going on three weeks still not resolved. I have colleagues who used Headway and stopped because the Horizon BCBS of NJ reimbursement rates are higher than Headway. I currently get $115.00 and they are now getting I recall $134 and change. On some days I'm losing $152.00 in lost revenue. I have considered going back to paying someone to do my billing but at this point the convenience and predictability of payments on the 15th and 30th of the month keeps me using Headway for now

People are unable to find me on HW I don’t come up on searches by location or even by my name. Also I was told the link to my HW page is now invalid. I asked to help straighten this out but the response didn’t address the problem I described I love the ease of the interface for running my practice But it’s upsetting that I don’t seem to be listed in your directory and that it’s not possible to talk directly with HW staff
