I have enjoyed using Headway to build a private practice caseload with insurance-based clients. It is a great supplement to any clinician’s practice who wants to add insurance clients without the hassle of dealing with insurance credentialing on his, her, and their own. Thank you Headway! 5 stars for me!

It has made mental health care so accessible for both the patients and providers, without compromising providers' income. Absolutely love Headway and what they are doing!

Very straightforward and easy to use with great reimbursement rates and support with questions.

The customer service is extremely poor. The only way to contact them is through a contact form, and it takes them 3x longer to respond than 48 hours. When they do respond, they have incomplete answers, they simply "check the box"and then you need to submit a new request and start all over again. There is no way to email a response, you have to file a new claim. Very frustrating.

On boarding is easy and your schedule is your own with competitive reimbursement that others have not matched

Easy process to get credentialed. Friendly staff with clear instructions about using the Headway portal.
