Hi there! Thank you for your feedback regarding creating discharge summaries through your provider portal.  While this is not a feature we have at this time, you are always welcome to upload client files to their "Clinical" tab in your client roster for file-keeping purposes. Our team is working on getting features like discharge summary templates available for providers as quickly as possible, and appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback!
