Very good experience with insurance companies and available forms. A couple of glitches with the application have not been fixed. Eg. Messages always indicates a new message when there isn’t one.

I have been trying to complete the process since last March. I had to begin the process all over again which means that getting paneled with insurance companies also started all over again. I am close to giving up and doing the credentialing process on my own.

I like the ease of referring and the prompt timeliness of having their contact and billing information reviewed efficiently. I like that assessments are automatically sent to them at first visit. The only thing that I don't like is the light grey and small font that Headway uses. It is not compatible with therapists who have vision challenges.

From my experience, Headway pays their therapists well

The customer service is very poor and unprofessional. It seems like a family owned business with no accountability. Trush talk and rudeness is all they started with the conversation. A bunch of kids who don’t know how to talk professionally are being gathered up here.

I am in this profession to help clients; however, to only have one client in 5 months is incomprehensible. I am credentialed with several insurance companies but only one client has connected with me through Headway.
