Headway seems to be ok for the most part except the fact that there is no marketing or referrals. Makes it hard to start out your practice.

I have been very grateful for the support I have received through Headway thus far. I do believe, however, that having the ability to speak directly with a representative regarding questions or issues that arise would be extremely beneficial moving forward. Easy and functional platform for therapists. It also gives the provider some autonomy which other platforms do not. Headway is accessible for questions and concerns through the Chatbot and email.
