Headway makes it easy to schedule your clients and they’re great at negotiating rates to lessen the financial strain for the clients

Jury still out after issues with the billing department not seemingly understanding basic billing issues that arose. What they were told by the insurance co. was a significant deviation from practice standards and almost went to charge the patient directly, despite this not being typical. I had to spend hours challenging what they were told and coordinating a reversal of what they were about to do, when the point of being with them was to not be involved in billing issues.

As a provider I love using Headway. It cuts down on my admin work in such a huge way. It helps to know when I am getting paid and how much so I can plan for bills.

Great rates, no cost, quick on-boarding with insurances, but the creation of client accounts and input of client insurance info is sometimes clunky, with the occasional help ticket needed. Help has been pretty timely through email.
