I was told i was credentialed with regence of Idaho assuming that meant with all regence of idaho plans (isnt that what the headway team checks during the credentialling process); only to later find out i wasnt. And this was after i saw two clients with a regence of idaho plan several sessions and the clients TOLD ME they weren’t covered after being led to believe by headway they were; and now tgey both are stuck with large bills and ive lost two clients!

Our provider stood us up. We scheduled the appointment, completed all necessary intake forms. We waited, called the number provided, left a voicemail and used the help tool on the site. No response or follow up.

Responsive and making my life easier

Response time was quick and issue was resolved in a timely fashion.
