It’s great in so many ways. I love it because it helped me build my practice. My clients love it because it’s easy and convenient. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because Headway promises a $350 bonus for referring a clinician and $100 to the clinician that was referred. That never happened. There is also the promise of $90 for your Psychology Today profile and that never happened. I would have joined either way but still feel a little disappointed with the dishonesty.

I was extremely pleased with headway. For some reason everyone thought my insurance was taken here. They charged me 30$ for 7 months. Eventually it was charged correctly at 224. Headway refunded 194$ and gave me 2 free sessions to transition since my insurance was not compatible with telehealth.
