Complete crap. Website says 2 business days delivery is standard. I ordered on 21 December and they didn't even get it to the courier until 31 December. As of 6 January it still hasn't arrived, and when I contacted them they just told me it wasn't their responsibility. No apology, no nothing. Don't order from them if you actually want your stuff to get there.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this delay must have been, especially given the delivery expectations shown on our website and the timing around the holidays. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. While courier delays can unfortunately occur during peak holiday periods, we sincerely apologize if our communication did not meet your expectations or came across as dismissive. That is not our intention, and we regret that you were left feeling unsupported and without an apology. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us identify where we need to improve—particularly in communication and customer care. If you’re open to it, we would welcome the opportunity to review your order further and address your concerns directly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Utterly disappointing absolute scam You do not get what you order and the company holds no accountability for substituting wicker baskets for paper and top range wines for bottles of malibu!!!! Disgraceful
Response from Hazelton's Gift Baskets USAJan 5, 2026
Please accept our sincerest apologies. It is clear we failed to meet our standards and yours with this order. Using paper instead of wicker and substituting premium wine with an incorrect spirit is not the experience we strive to provide. We are taking your feedback directly to our fulfillment team to ensure this does not happen again. We are committed to doing better.

In my experience, the substitution items that were delivered are no where near or alike. They look very cheap and not worth $200. The live flowers were delivered in a closed box - 1 week later. No refund for the delivery fee. Terrible customer service email exchange that skirted around the issues and a frustrating experience overall. In my opinion - All their policies are not in the customer's best interests. Every bad scenario is listed with a reason or policy that prevents the customer from fighting for whats right, to remedy the issue. I will never ever order from this company again.

It is clear that we failed to meet your expectations regarding the quality of the items, the delivery timing, and our customer service. We take your feedback seriously, especially regarding how our policies are communicated. We are using your review as a learning point to improve our internal processes and ensure our service is more customer-focused in the future. We are truly sorry for letting you down.

Failed to deliver a holiday gift to a key client two times. Disappointing and frustrating experience in every way, including the correspondence with Customer Service. Do not order from this company! After seeing the Hazelton's reply below, it's even more frustrating as the company has my order information and I had been corresponding with Customer Service. Who am I going to reach out to? The same Customer Service rep who always responds and didn't solve the problem?
Response from Hazelton's Gift Baskets USAJan 2, 2026
Hi Allison, please accept our sincerest apologies. We understand how important client gifts are, and we are incredibly disappointed that we let you down—especially twice. This is not the level of service we strive for. We want to make this right immediately. Could you please reach out to us with your order details? We would like to investigate what went wrong and offer a resolution.
