HatoriknivesReviews of hatoriknives.com

Effective and easy to use. Solidly made and seems like it can last a long time. Shipping was fast.

I was updated regularly throughout the shipping process and when I received the knife sharpener it worked perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

This item was delivered promptly and we love how sharp our knives are!

Best knife sharpener I ever used.

The knife sharpening roller with double-bevelled magnets is easy to use right out of the box. One end of the magnet block has a 20-degree bevel for European knives. At the other end of the block, the bevel is set at 15 degrees for Far Eastern knives. I found this very useful. I purchased a set of titanium frying pans recently. They came with a free gift of a Japanese-style carving knife in a presentation box.

The results using the knife sharpening was excellent. So easy to use and produced a good edge on the knives again. The quality of the product is very good.

My knives are sharp. The Hatori is easy to use. I have just ordered two more to give as Christmas presents.

I wrote a review on Oct. 5th to complain about an order that wasn't delivered when they said that it had been. I received the order a few days later. With that said, the company deserves an updated review. The product and company is great.
