Notifications were great, giving up to date statuses on my order. Received e-mails giving tips on how to use sharpener which was much appreciated. May purchase another one for a gift.

I bought this sharpener and knife as a Christmas present but have seen it in action at a friend’s house. Excellent tool to effectively sharpen knives. My husband will love it. Great customer service.

Absolutely rate the sharpener! It’s very easy to use and such high quality

Fast delivery, my parcel arrived in mint condition. I can't wait till I give it to the person I bought it for since it's a Christmas gift but I'm sure he'll be thrilled !

Package received! I enjoyed using the knife instead of the other knives that I have for its sharpness. I am loking forward to using the Hatori knife sharpener on my older kitchen knives.

It was easy to sharpen my large knives, I still have to stone my smaller blades. I haven't tried the sharpened ones yet, but I can tell that the edges are sharper.

The product was delivered as scheduled. Will continue to work with a sharpener to see how it performs.

This was so easy and quick to use. I sharpened all the knives I use regularly and couldn't have been more pleased. I wish I had bought it sooner!
