Product worked as described.

My knives are sharp, like new. I didn't realize how dull.

Extremely easy to use and results were very good.

A great product and quite satisfied. I get ridiculed by friends and family as they believe I have a propensity of acquiring gadgets that don't work. The Hatori Knife Sharpener silenced my critics. Ironically, I have requests to sharpen their knives now. Ha,ha!

ordering and shipping was on time. I really enjoyed the order status emails. They were great and confirmed that I made the right choice.

The set is nice and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I would have liked better instructions. I had to find one of the advertisements on fb and watch how to use it.

I have had my knife sharpener for a year or more and I like it. As a woman/wife I now don't have to wait for my husband to sharpen the knives (he uses a stone and water). I recently bought two more, one for a birthday gift for my sister-in-law and one as a house gift for my son and his wife who I will be traveling to see in N.C. the end of the month. It makes a great gift.

Although it took longer than expected to arrive, the product is as excellent as advertised. The fact that the shipping box is beautiful and will serve as a durable storage solution is a bonus value!
