HatoriknivesReviews of hatoriknives.com

Good quality and works.

Great diamond disks, great mag base, poor case. I bought an extra for a gift. I have a competitors which has a better case, mag base with 4 angles and only one diamond disk, 4 ceramic disks and leather strop. Time will tell if Hatori is better.

The Hatori knife sharpener is an excellent tool to have in the kitchen. Precision sharpening that is unequalled. It sharpens to easily, it’s brilliant. It arrived in excellent packaging & the delivery was very quick. I would highly recommend this sharpener to anyone who likes to have reliable quality in their kitchen.

Excellent product, does a fine job bringing back the edges to really blunt blades.

Great product that performs as advertised!

Fast and reliable delivery, very good product

Great product and good customer service

Hatori sent several emails before delivery making sure I knew what to expect & how to use the sharpener. The chef's knife was a thrill right out of the box, & then using the sharpener on my old knives was exciting. I'm now obsessed with the pleasure of using well-sharpened knives. And the new one gleams & is beautiful to look at as well as to use!
