Great product , makes sharpening easier

This is the first time I've used it. I'm not sure I did it all correctly but the knives seem sharper to me.

My knives came up sharp for the first time in a long time. So far so good. Easy to use and feels good.

Ordering was straightforward, product was as represented. Company kept me informed of the shipping schedule and of any delays. Very satisfied with Hatori and definitely would purchase from them again.

Great addition to my kitchen knives to keep them sharp
