After writing my previous damning review I have now received my knife sharpener - a total surprise as, despite numerous emails from me after the money had been paid, there had been no communication until one email last week quoting an order number. When I entered this into Hitori’s tracker it said no such order existed, worrying me even more. However, now having received the order, I have to say that it looks quite good; solid and efficient. I still feel strongly that Hitori need to work on their communication skills. Ken Green

Received my knife sharpener. The rolling part moves easily and the corse end is pretty course. The hone end of roller is a lot more corse than is should be to hone. It is a fine grinder. The wooden angle block has good angles, but the magnets are not strong enough and let the knife move and change angles while sharpening. No consistent edge.
