do not purchase Ordered a lot of presents for Christmas for my kids and it looks like they aren't coming this comes with a guaranteed Christmas delivery, what a lie, but all they have done is take my money and cause me a lot of stress knowing my kids aren't getting many presents now their updates are shocking, 10 odd days processing, now 10 days saying shipped, it says its purpose to give you a tracking number, that's a lie the app you have to use to look at the order, the contact email goes to a no reply email and bounces back, how can they not notice that emailed them 14 days ago, no reply so far, they are crooks, no way of contacting them, emails aren't replied to, I now am having to report them to the Business Ombudsman as it is a scam, a company needs to have customer service and reply, these crooks don't process of charging back now through bank and think of how to tell the kids merry Christmas

Ordered from Harry Potter shop waited over a week with money pending to be taken from my account no email of dispatch just one to say my order was being processed ,then 9 days from ordering the money was returned to my account but no email to say what was going on, tried to contact the company but only way you can contact them is via emails that they never answer to find out what was going on. As you can guess there was no reply, so I assumed they couldn’t for fill my order and returned payment. A few days later I look at my banking app to find that not only have they not sent my order but have also taken 3 times the amount (3 payments of the same amount) out of my account leaving me overdrawn, I haven’t got a clue how I’m supposed to get my money back when they don’t reply to emails and there’s no other way of contacting them, furious to say the least. I actually thought buying from such a big company that I was safe from being scammed, how wrong was I. AVOID AVOID AVOID, Don’t waste your money even ordering from this company.

I ordered my daughters Christmas presents in good time, allowing for the 7-10 day for shipment plus shipment time. 3 weeks later it’s not been shipped and the only way to contact them is via a contact us form. This creates an auto response email saying they will look into my query within 7-10 days! Guess she won’t be getting her presents in time

Placed my order on 29 November, received an email on 6 December to say it had been dispatched and to date (20 December), nothing has arrived. I wrote an email (as there’s no phone number to call) on 15 December to ask where my order is and no response received. Might not be surprising since their auto response reads: “Our team endeavour to respond to enquiries within 7-10 days. This mailbox is not manned Saturday to Sunday”. I think that is a ridiculous response time to deal with complaints when they are hardly a small company and are happy to take your money in an instant. Wish I had seen these previous reviews before I had ordered as I would definitely have thought twice and ordered HP presents from somewhere else instead.

Placed order 27th November. Still not dispatched and no response to four messages sent at various times. Absolutely shambolic service. Would never have bought if there was any uncertainty about delivery before Christmas and now it is too late to make alternative arrangements. No phone number anywhere I can find either.

Absolutely ridiculous service. Ordered item a week ago and they haven’t even posted it yet. Postage says 7-10 days so even when they do deign to put it in the post it’s not going to be here for Christmas. Contact option on website says invalid email address even though it’s correct so can’t even contact them to get an update ! Facebook message ignored - very disappointing

Do not use! awful place to order from. still waiting for my order after almost a month. Nothing would make me order from them again. they do not reply to emails and have stolen £59.95 from me.

Don't bother using these Fools, placed a order still not received weeks later, I did however receive a order ment for someone else, still waiting for it to be collected I guess once they have your money the don't care, the order I received is 5x the value of my order I imagine there is a very disappointed kid somewhere because these people just don't give a monkeys, there is no phone number to call customer services only a email address that they say takes 7+ days to reply and when they do they are as much use as a chocolate fireguard really people avoid using this company it may be official but its also incompetent and not fit for purpose
