Harry Potter ShopReviews of harrypottershop.com

I read the reviews on this site before I purchased from the Harry Potter Shop. I decided that most of these negative reviews were confusing a fake shop for the real one. I clicked on the link and found it was secure. I can safely say that this is the real Harry Potter Shop. I had a wonderful experience. I purchased the bottled Butterbeer and I was not disappointed. Harry Potter Shop kept me up to date on my purchase and you can follow it on the Shop app as well. I just received my Butterbeer and everything was outstanding. It was delivered by UPS and it was packed very securely and with care. Based on my experience, I will be purchasing from this shop again.

pls dont be confused. if you get the wrong item, or just get tottaly scammed, you have visited the wrong web store. the orginal one is harry potter shop. not harry pot store. harry pot store is is a scam site.

I honestly got a bit worried when I saw all of these reviews (which was after I had already placed my order), but I actually received my ravenclaw adult robe super quickly, it looks absolutely fantastic and the packaging was flawless. I don't know if they changed management over the years, because most of the bad reviews are from a couple of years ago. But really, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Wand arrived in great condition and didn't take too long to come in the post.

I ordered my Vintage Hufflepuff Scarf, it got dispatched, it arrived. DONE! All of the negative reviews here were all before, on or just after CHRISTMAS where every single delivery service were experiencing delays because it was CHRISTMAS during A PANDEMIC!!! Likely Harry Potter Shop were experiencing staff shortages. These reviews are just a lot of rage and lack of understanding of what's actually happening. Maybe I got lucky, or maybe this shop works just fine and people need to realise things can't always go smoothly!

I’ve ordered twice from them. Once for jumpers and other merchandise and once for various sweets and chocolates. Both orders arrived within 2 weeks to Australia. Never any damage and packaging in great condition.

Honestly I read the reviews on trust pilot after placing an order for one quidditch jumper and two personalised items (tri wizard jersey and the personalised hogwarts letter). I brought these as a present for my girlfriend who loves Harry Potter and I’m giving them to her on holiday. I fly out on holiday this weekend and placed the order last Friday. So when I read countless reviews of items taking much longer than expected to arrive I was absolutely gutted to think they wouldn’t arrive on time. I have to say they surprised me, customer service team responded to my worries within 24 hours, the items arrived today (within 5 days of placing order - including the personalised items). Couldn’t be happier honestly - thank you so much! I’m guessing the bad reviews are because of a busy Christmas period but definitely one happy customer here (=

Absolutely love everything i ordered! Items arrived in less than a week in prefect condition. Thank you, i will definitely shop again. Super happy customer. Love the scarf, butterbeer, notebook and gloves!!!! Thanks for existing, Harry Potter Shop.
