I’ve ordered twice from them. Once for jumpers and other merchandise and once for various sweets and chocolates. Both orders arrived within 2 weeks to Australia. Never any damage and packaging in great condition.

Honestly I read the reviews on trust pilot after placing an order for one quidditch jumper and two personalised items (tri wizard jersey and the personalised hogwarts letter). I brought these as a present for my girlfriend who loves Harry Potter and I’m giving them to her on holiday. I fly out on holiday this weekend and placed the order last Friday. So when I read countless reviews of items taking much longer than expected to arrive I was absolutely gutted to think they wouldn’t arrive on time. I have to say they surprised me, customer service team responded to my worries within 24 hours, the items arrived today (within 5 days of placing order - including the personalised items). Couldn’t be happier honestly - thank you so much! I’m guessing the bad reviews are because of a busy Christmas period but definitely one happy customer here (=

Excellent service, product came within days and I don't even live in the UK. Any questions I had were answered within hours. Love the product will buy again (: 🤩

I bought about £150 worth of items for my girls for Christmas. Most items were ok if rather expensive but one pair of pyjama bottoms was cut very skinny in the legs and I wanted to return them. Despite numerous emails and messages on Facebook they have not responded to me. Edit, they emailed me 3 weeks later and said they would honour the return past its 30 day window.

Ordered a child's jumper, and received an adult one of lower value, with no invoice / packing / returns information. Tried to contact them through their online form, as their FAQs refer to a returns slip, which I didn't receive. Not holding out any hope at all. Just wish they had live chat or an inbound phone number. Feels like a really dodgy company.
