DO NOT USE. Absolutely dreadful customer service. Like so many reviews on here (that I wish I’d read before Christmas) unbelievable that it’s an official store not a con shop. My order was placed on the 5th of December (“guaranteed delivery for Christmas if placed before the 16th”) and wasn’t marked as dispatched until the 22nd. No tracking information or even the name of the courier given. It’s now 8th of January and seen nothing of my order, yet they manage to take the money out of my account fast enough. I’ve sent 2 emails from the website because there’s no telephone number at all anywhere (if you go on the WB website it says all phone lines are outbound only) and nobody has replied to either, even though it says they’ll be responded to in 7-10 days. Absolutely appalling and has ruined my Christmas to be frank, I was so happy with what I’d ordered. No apparent way of escalating complaints so I’ll be going to the bank and reporting it as fraud.

My son asked to spend his Christmas money online with the Harry Potter Shop. The xl sized sweatshirt was tiny (really really small). Why is it so difficult to place a return - no instructions in the package, no instructions on line so you have to email and wait for them to reply - very unprofessional

Worst customer service I've ever seen from an official store, personalized order was late and when it finally arrived had the information of another person printed on it considering my details where on and in the packaging on 3 separate pieces, not to mention 7-10days to reply to an email complaint,currently on number 5 without correspondence absolutely terrible definitely will not buy again

Very slow order processing and postage. Still got no postage confirmation or tracking details for 3 orders I placed either side of Xmas.

Absolute con!! Do not order from here!! Read all these reviews first - I’m kicking myself that I didn’t. You would think it was a dodgy website not the official Harry Potter shop. Website said order before 17th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery. I ordered on the 12th and guess what, my order hasn’t arrived. But my money has been taken. These were supposed to be Christmas presents. Disappointed is an understatement. I’m angry!! No way of contacting them - they say on their faqs there will be a tracking number on your order email - outright lie!!! There’s now way to track your order or to even contact them. How this website is still allowed to run is beyond me. They are thieves!!!

Appalling. Avoid dealing with these people. They sent a Gryffindor trunk with the wrong initials on it, which was meant as a Christmas present for my Harry Potter-mad young son. I have let them know the situation by email and message numerous times, with plenty of time to rectify the situation. It was their mistake as the order form I sent showed the correct initials required. It is now Christmas Eve and I've heard nothing, not even an acknowledgement of the situation. I am going to have a very disappointed young boy tomorrow morning when he goes to find his main present and it isn't there. I can't give it to him as it is. For a large known company selling items from such a well-known franchise this is not good enough. As soon as they realised the mistake, they should've gone all-out to rectify it and make sure there was no disappointment, but obviously one person in a town far away is an irrelevancy to these people. They have had time to redo a trunk and send it out by next-day delivery. It's called customer satisfaction. But it's not even possible to get someone on a phone, or even a webchat to try and get something done. Their stock reply is that they will deal with any query within 7-10 days. What good is that in the run-up to Christmas? DO NOT deal with the Harry Potter shop run by Warner Bros. They have no idea. Heartless and with no idea of customer care and satisfaction.

Ordered 3 things on December 11, UK to UK shipping and still nothing. No answer from the customer service team, no tracking available. Guaranteed shipping before Christmas? I say false advertising. I really hope the items will arrive one day, but we definitely won't order from them again.

My order still not received ordered it 14 December My children will be so upset A big company like this is it disgusting so many children are being let down this Christmas come on Pull your socks up and make these children HAPPY
