They lie about UPS not receiving the package and they give you a runaround for weeks. I ordered something on June 22 and they keep telling me it’s not their fault. UPS hasn’t scanned the label. There is no movement. They just print a three dollar label that says here’s your tracking and then they lie and say that it’s been shipped and then when you finally get a hold of someone named “Terrie” they try to put you off for another week and tell you to check back in so they can hope enough time lapses that you can’t get a refund but don’t worry as long as you contact your credit card company and report them as fraud you’ll get your money back, but you have to tell them that they’re a scam company. They lied to you about what you’re actually getting. You also have to say they’re not based in the United States, which they claim to have a shop in Chicago and Florida and New York and those are lies. Don’t buy from these people.
