I did a order online after 4 weeks showing pending and nothing was paid for yet.. I sent emails to have it canceled and nothing ..for 2 weeks I called them and still not canceled..so I just went to the store and got the stuff and if they even try to take money out for a order I Tryed to cancel I will have my lawyer after them..and I will write to the owner and give all there names to him

Ordered two items online before the country was shut down and they still have not shipped items nor even contacted me other than a generic email after I asked where my items were will not order online from them again

dont order on line from them ya might get it next year still pending 3 weeks give me a different answer every time i call i just want my stuff and never agin will i orderd on line from them

Ordered online was my first mistake. Order was pending for two weeks..So I called to find out where the order was . Started by getting hung up on the first 2 times .then we finally get to speak to a person who took the order number and put us on hold again for 10 minutes to only be hung up on not once but twice. So I figured I would just wait a few more days . Still pending in the system so I call again. And it was the same routine hung up on .placed on hold to only be hung up on again..SOi guess the company doesn't need my order . And with great customer service this company will be going to the wayside just like sears.

Worst customer &/or product support I've ever received. I've dealt with many products & product support from overseas, and I've never had this hard of a time. I've spoken to 4 people over the phone now - NOTHING. I tried messaging via FaceBook, and they started to respond, but cancelled their 3-4 attempts at responding. So many people that DON'T know what's going-on at all are working there. I'll never recommend their Cobra DVRs to anyone, or else don't expect support. I like their offering cheaper products, but their DVRs aren't any cheaper than way better products online, and they actually come with some support. Something as simple as resetting a password, which we're left at their mercy as it's their product, isn't available. I'll never recommend any Harbor Freight tools you may need product support with.

I rec'd a Portland Electric Chipper Shredder from Harbor Freight yesterday and started assembly today. I found the instructions very vague and the following parts missing: 2 washers of very specific size and 2 bushings for the wheel assembly and 2 washers to secure the stand. I called customer service and was told that they do not have extra parts for any item <$399 so I could either buy the parts at a hardware store or send the item back. No apologies for poor quality control were offered. I was told that a replacement, if desired, would take some time to obtain due to the COVID-19 supply chain problems and the fact that the item is manufactured in China. Since there is no guarantee that a replacement would be any more complete, I asked for the specs on the missing items and was told that customer service does not have specs so I would have to send an e-mail to product support to obtain them. I guess you get what you pay for!

Horrible company do not buy from online, ever

Ordered April 5, 2020, today is April 16, 2020 and customer service can not give a ship date or tell me anything, talked to a supervisor, Mark, very unprofessional and rude. Stated he could not cancel my order. Told me I had to call my credit card provider and put a block on the order to pay. Absolutely will never do business with this company ever again!! I would give them zero star if possible!!
