I bought a pair of Pittsburgh 4" ratchet bar clamp months ago, and I decided to use them today ... they would not work. At Thornton, CO store they asked me for my phone before I said anything [I refused], then I was told I needed to give my phone and address according to return policy [nowhere in that policy requires them]; then, another person said that it was for my benefit, to which I said: "the only benefit is when the product works". As always, companies hire employees who are given limited information and are rewarded for reasons never revealed, and these employees are very much happy to obey blindly. In the end I left the defective products in the store without refund or replacement. No wonder the USA is in decline given that workers learn very little, as is the purpose of employers. I remember the same experience with Radio Shack and it does not exist any more. What is really sad is how conformist people have become with their mediocre career path. Please, God save America! [since its people cannot and are unwilling to make the effort].
