place is a joke after waiting 2 weeks for them to ship my 2 item order I finally just went and got what I needed. Then I sent an email to cancel the order and called customer service. They didn't reply to the email and the woman in customer service said my order was canceled. Well 3 days later I get a confirmation my order shipped. Called customer service again. The best they can do is when the items get here I have to take the items back to the store or fed ex location to ship back which are 45 mins from my house. Great way to do business Harbor freight I will not be ordering anything from them again

I ordered a number of items from the harborfreight.com in early May. Then I heard nothing for nearly a month. Upon contacting customer service, I was told it had never even shipped. I then asked to cancel, upon which they hurriedly shipped the order. However, the order was incomplete with no explanation. After days of waiting for customer service to respond, they say its out of stock. Customer service has never contacted me by phone as I requested and has never made a single attempt at making this issue better. Do yourself a favor and never order from this website. Order number was 109544618.

Returned 2 bench grinding wheels and I told them that they were way out of balance, but they put them right back on the shelf the very next day. Guess someone is going on a return run too!!!

DO NOT order anything from these people on-line. Once you do, there is no way to change or cancel your order on-line. Even after multiple eMails and endless conversations with people who all sounded like they were stoned. Each promising that the "system will take care of everything," HF still shipped their crap merchandise (mostly made by Chinese slave labor), and charged my credit card--twice. DO NOT. JUST DONT!

Purchased Warrior 29 pc Titanium high speed steel drill bit set 61637 and they are almost worthless. Will not cut into steel and barely goes into wood. Waste of time. You get what you pay for so this was no bargain.

I ordered an advertised product and three months later still did not receive. How can someone legally sell something they do not have? That is steeling! The worst of it is, In the same order where accessories that would only work for that product. They shipped accessories!! OMG! Really Harbor Freight! They will not answer any phone calls so i can make things proper. I will never order from them again!!

On April 29,2020 I ordered a 3 ton jack and since then I have been given 4 different sipping dates. Today is 1 month since ordering and my order is still pending. I'm just over it. I will never order from here again. If my order isn't shipped out by Monday I want my money back.

The employees at this location are awesome!
