I went to my local HF to order a 72" tool chest on 12/14/2020. I was told it would take about three weeks and we will call you when it arrives. I received no phone call, went down to the store and they told me it will be on the 1/7/2021 truck, nope! Said it will be on the next truck, and for me to call on Thursday, which is the day after the delivery. Nope!! again, they said they were in the middle of remodeling the store and had to push out there delivery trucks, and to try back on Monday. Over a month of waiting. I am a person that has to save up for a long time in order to purchase things that I want or need, and that was a lot of money for me to spend on something I need, and for HF to keep putting me off is disheartening and frustrating.

Ordered the wrong generator at 2:00am. At 11:30am I realized the error and tried to cancel the order via a call to customer service directly. THERE IS A 3 HOUR WINDOW called REMORSE CANCELLATION. Once that window closes there is NO WAY to prevent product from shipping even though nothing has left their warehouse!! They get to keep my $500 and I have to wait to receive this generator only to request a return goods authorization and ship it back THEIR EXPENSE. I wonder if corporate realizes how much money they spend on shipping incorrect or cancelled orders? Time to revisit their internal processes. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!!!

Worst customer service I've ever seen. They want you to buy a extended warranty on everything. What good is that if the product wears out in less than a year. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I have bought allot of tools from harbor freight both power tools and hand tools tarps car covers all were good and when my 3/8 to 1/4 adaptor keeps breaking they always replace it one power tool the switch was bad but i had no receipt and i just bought new one i recommend them tools lasted long enough

It's been over 2 months since I ordered, but no splitter. Harbor Freight's webpage says it's been already delivered, but still no splitter. I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Phone calls are useless because they put you on endless hold and never call you back. Better read this quickly before they delete me again.

I am posting on Trustpilot after Harbor Freight (HF) failed to post my negative review on their website. I followed their protocols and simply attempted to inform people about my experience. Long story short, I recently purchased a Predator 3500 generator and am satisfied with the performance. However, I had some minor issues with the display panel so I contacted "Product Support." This turned out to be a big mistake. These individuals do nothing except delay, deflect, and outright lie to the customer. I like HF but will never contact their product support again. My advice to anyone purchasing a big ticket item is to buy the extended warranty and just take the unit back to store and get a new one. Shame on HF for censoring honest reviews and hiring such unprofessional individuals.

DON’T ORDER FROM HARBOR FREIGHT! I ordered something for my bf on Nov. 15th. It was supposed to be his birthday present. Well, it’s now Dec 5th and the item hasn’t even been shipped!! His birthday was on Nov 26th. Horribly slow shipping. Won’t order from this place ever again!!

STAY AWAY!!! I bought a hydrolic press and there were missing parts. I called them and they said they will ship them to me. I never received the parts and now they cannot find my purchase order.
