Horrible management at the Spokane valley WA store!!! They're like Nazis there!!! Instead go to the CDA idaho store they're great there!!! And it's a MUCH bigger better store!!

Horrible product junk dvr defective 220 item spent 60 dollars to trouble shoot and now gas to return and get money back so im out 60 dollars i want compensation junk i will never go back here

I have never used this company but they have sent me a receipt for services I did not buy or receive complete with my personal information.

The people working at Harbor Freight get 5 stars, but to be told you can’t get a coupon and then be told if you return an item even new in the box there will be a 20% restocking fee is bad for customer retention. At Lowe’s the same gallon oil-less air compressor was $30 less, we bought from you because you have kind employees. They explained bad people are using their purchases like a rental ( this is wrong!)

I think Harbor Freight has gotten greedy. Harbor Freight used to be my go to place - little freebies, flashlight, tape measure, etc.- not very valuable but was an enticement and a treat when you would go to buy your tools. Previously there use to be REAL DISCOUNT COUPONS. The coupons would give a 10% t0 60% or more discount off of regular list price and lots of times would have a coupon for 20% off of one item The coupons now are really false advertising.. The coupon shows an item with greatly increased price and then shows it as a special discount which is really just the every day normal price. I don’t like it when a company purposely tries to gouge you by deception. Look at your monthly flyer from Harbor Freight from a few months ago. Now compare the regular and coupon prices with the prices on a current flyer. A few months ago a small wooden dolly’s regular price was $10 and a coupon price of $7. Now they don’t list the dolly’s regular price, only the sale/special price as $10.99. I may pay a little more at other stores but I know they are not false advertising. GOOD BY HARBOR FREIGHT.

Bought a Drill Master, after a while there was a recall. Took it ot the store and they gave me a hard time. Finally an old store employee told them how to find out about recalls. They changed it. After using it 5 times the battery wouldn't charge. Took it to the store, they couldn't find anything that mentioned that my drill was changed. I sent emails and called and NO ONE ever got back with me. The CEO sends emails saying how good his company is and how he stands behind his products and hiw good his employees are. Seriously? He needs to do a little research on how bad his employees and his customer service is. I now have a nice paper weight in the form of a battery. In this page it says that they will notify HF about this. I bet anything that they have never received an answer.

Tried talking to customer service about the backhoe and the girl got rude with me so I asked to speak to her manager and she hung up on me called back and same thing the other girl would not listen to me and when I asked for management she hung up on me .to let people know you can have them remove your info from there system and you dont have to use your phone number best to just go somewhere else

Terrible be careful what you buy and if you do a pre-sale crap it may take months to get what you've already paid for and people in the stores in some places especially the females are rude and don't give a damn they're only there for a check
