Harbor Freight ToolsReviews of harborfreight.com

Where is the complaint department for me to complain about all the whiners that can't take care of their tools? I keep being told HF sells nothing but junk and then I show them my $40k miter saw... yes I have made over $40k with my $100 compound miter saw I purchased at the start of pandemic... Only once so far have I found the HF price higher than somewhere else and the product is just as good. The warranty service is without question and at my store the staff is great... just wish all the whiners would quit buying all the inventory before I get a chance to get the things I need... they are out of the specials/deals quite often... But I am not complaining!!!

If your in harbor freight only buy pittsburgh tools. No other tool in the house is worth owning. You can find good tape, batteries, cords, flashlights, brushes, and unique little knick knacks. But if you buy a power tool ask yourself if 80% off something you plug in to the wall is a good idea. Some items you want to pay a little more for.

Harbor Freight constantly has a 20% coupon on its page. When you go to pay for something they will not honor the 20% .Harbor Freight why do you continue to advertise if you won't Honor?

Bought a bench grinder stand. No hardware in box. I drove back to the Covington store and was told they would ship them to me. Bought a 16x30 polypropylene cart. No hardware in box. Drive back to Covington store to hear the would ship them to me. Fourteen emails later they say I am screwed. They cannot get hardware for either one. I had to buy the hardware at Lowes. Then they said they would send gift card to make up the cost. Never got it. They sell cheap Chinese crap and do not stand behind it. At least Northern Tools honor the warranty on their cheap crap.

Purchased a battery charger, did not work took back to store, they would not replace or give refund, was told in order for charger to work it has to be hooked up to a battery. DUH I know that, they tried to make out that I was stupid, to cover their butts, now I’m stuck with a broken charger, and out of some money. Will never buy anything again from Harbor Freight, they do not stand behind there products

I ordered transmission jack, I have being charged extra for expedited shipping, I received one box out of two, I had to call multiple times to get the second box, two weeks after I received the box with missing parts, called again they said is back ordered. I requested a return, they ask me to ship back and then they will refund my credit card. I will never order online from this company, my work is being delayed for weeks.

Online order from over 2 months ago, still showing that the order is still at the Dillon Warehouse, called for a refund about 10 times and got blew off, lied to, excuse after excuse, $40 purchase that has costed them a 20+ year customer to never buy from this company again, their prices are as much as Lowes/ Home Depot so why not buy from a company that will take care of you. I'll never buy another thing from this company and I'll spread this news to everyone I come in contact

This nasty lady at the front check out was nasty and rude! When Baught a gas generator we asked if we can return it if we never use it so a month later we never used it they charged us a 20 percent restocking fee and was nasty when we returned it I'll never buy shot from them again!
