This review is in regards to the store located in Moreno Valley, CA. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I was looking at sockets in full view if the cashier. I noticed a socket that was metal like most other sockets, but it was flat black. I had never seen a socket, flat black in color, before so I reached out to feel the metal material and the socket dropped to the floor. I was startled and jumped back loudly apologizing profusely. I was so embarrassed, I didn't think I would ever be that embarrassed again, until a few minutes later. I looked at the cashier, and told her I would leave the socket on the display shelf so I wouldn't mess anything else up. Then, I questioned whether or not I heard her tell another employee to, "Watch her!" I decided she couldn't have been referring to me and continued looking around until I met up with my hubby. He had a fabulous jump starter in his hand that was out of the package. He said it was sitting with the other jump starters and to check it out; it was exactly what we had been looking for! He set it down and leaned on it while I browsed some home security cameras. The employee, the cashier told earlier to "Watch Her!", rudely swiped the jump starter out from under my hubby's grasp and said I will return this to the shelf. My hubby and I were mortified. I understand this store must get stolen from a lot, but that is ridiculous!! I have never been treated like that! Is this what all good paying customers can expect because Harbor Freight has experienced some unsavory shoplifters?? I don't see Walmart or Target getting that "trigger happy", and I believe I have spent MORE MONEY in Harbor Freight than in Walmart! Do NOT FREQUENT THE STORE LOCATED IN MORENO VALLEY, CA!! You will experience what I imagine common criminals experience daily whether you are familiar with that world or not. Corporate will be hearing from me as well! FYI: I bought a semi comparable jump starter from Walmart later that night. Harbor Freight has good products but their employees are more worthless than the criminals they are protecting the products from.

We were in store #0018 This one is located at 7089 S. Orange Blossom Trail. But this Lady DEBBI, If You could called her that, needs a Customer Service classes. It's sad how people's face turn how she treats them when they ask for help. Rude answers. I could even say Mean. This was one of the Best Harbor Freight Store we used to shop. Nice employees. And help through our shopping. We all due respect Hope You Pay attention to this review.

When to harbor freight in Natick to buy some items had coupon for 30 percent off 10.00 and under. Got 3 items that were 9.99 each went to paid none of the item got mark down I asked the salesperson he said he didn't know why and couldn't do anything about it. So I left the items I guess it's just to get you in the store.

I've been unhappy with my local (Commack, NY) in the past, they didn't have items advertised for sale and were rude about it. Today, I picked up a couple of small items and got on line, there were 2 people ahead of me and I got on the 6 foot line marked on the floor. When I got to the register, the cashier said I had to get on the line-- on the other side of the store! A second register was opened and a line started in another aisle that I could not see. There was NO sign saying "Line starts here." The staff started berating me for cutting the line! I threw my items down, told them I couldn't read their f'__ing minds, and stormed out of the store. I won't tolerate a store that has a "secret" line up policy that they expect customers to folow, and I will not tolerate their abuse. I'll never shop there again.

I ordered a socket almost two months ago now and still have not received it they took my money out of my account but they said that it's on backorder I bought a set of Icon sockets I lost one they do not sell single sockets at the store and being that I don't have the socket they can't go and open up another pack to take a sock it out why would you sell socket that you can't replace them individually two months waiting for a socket unreal I should have went to snap on at least I would have had my socket by now this place is a shady business and trying to get a hold of anybody to talk to somebody about it is almost impossible sometimes nobody knows nothing buyer beware before you purchase anything from them

This company is USELESS. They advertise a very nice gantry crane at a very attractive price on their website which states that the item can only be purchased at their stores. When I call one of their stores I just get a run around finally being referred back to the website———-which says it’s only sold in stores…………… What a load of bs!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER even try to do business with this USELESS company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a power drill (first time used it started pouring smoke out of the windings). Went to return it, they said they could not refund it at that register. The guy in front of me just returned a piece of merchandise and clerk said he would have it back on his credit card in 2-3 days. Wife returned it several days later (same register) clerk said would be put back on credit card in 2-3 days. Whaaaaat!!!! Through with their service and crap they sell..
