I like everything about dealing with customer service and care.But the product was not a good fit for my over fed picky spoiled cats. If I would have started them as kittens and stuck to the brand I believe my cats would have been better off for it.

I so wish I had checked the reviews on trust pilot before ordering this product for my cats. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I am not speaking about the product per se but the company claims to be from Texas it went overseas and took a month to receive it. Didn’t realize that the scoop was buried in the product so couldn’t use it until that was clarified. Apparently, when you order a jar, they automatically put you on an auto subscription and I have been charged 34.95 twice on September 22 and once today. Remember, I’ve only received one jar and it took a month from Texas. They do not answer their phone so everything is by email. I cannot speak for the product itself, but I certainly can speak for the company taking advantage of potential customers. I’m still waiting for an answer but I will not be a future potential customer. I agree with all the other one star reviews as it mirrors my own experience with this company.

when adding the Wags wellness powder to my cat food I have to add just a dusting otherwise my cats can't keep their food down. Just a dusting works. Their customer service is very responsive and pleasant.

As I just received my Happy Wags and just started on the this great product, I am excited to see the difference. I can say that customer service was fantastic with helping with all of my questions and needs. Thanks for all your help.

Very disappointed with Happy Wags. They advertise that the USA based The product produced in USA but it ships from overseas. . My first order was not a big issue it took a couple of weeks . Second order who knows what happened. Either lost or stolen Communication wasn’t too bad but a lot of excuses. Took almost 2 months to get a refund issued. Haven’t received it back yet. The day 10 days. We’ll see. It is a shame. I have 4 pups on this product. Know I need to start over and find a new product I would very care if purchasing from them.
