My experience isn't complete. I never got the product due to it's Delivery Service that did not seem to be able to deliver the product and never gave it a 2nd attempt? Customer Service worked with me and finally agreed to resend my Oder that I'm currently waiting to receive. Let's hope this Delivery Service knows how to deliver packages and follow clear instructions! I am eagerly awaiting to try the product in hopes it enhances my cats health and longevity 👍

The liquid collagen seems to help calm the itching and irritation, however I got an auto shipment that I did not sign up for and was charged double what I paid for the initial order. I have emailed them 9 times since 10/12/26 and have received 3 responses, one of them being a promise of a 45% refund that was never given to me.

Update: although Happy Wags seems to want to resolve my problem per their response following this review, they have not.This is the same customer service email I’ve been using to try to receive my refund - to no avail. Their Happy Wags had 100% guarantee on their product which was “Aim” for Cats. My cat refused to use food after I tried to use the product as instructed. I asked happy wags to refund me for the order and certainly refund me for the second order not yet received. They have decline both after giving me the runaround for saying that the cat had to eat it for 45 days before they would allow their “risk free guarantee” to give me my money back. I told them that my cat wouldn’t eat the food so I can’t force him to do that. They then offered me a three dollar restocking fee on the unused second shipment and then revoked that they’re now only offering you 30% discount on the unopened second shipment that we won’t even be able to use and that’s it. It seems like they’ve been going back-and-forth with me on emails quite a bit unsatisfactory when it wouldn’t cost them much to do a simple refund for PR sake if nothing else.

Decided to give HappyWags a try. I mix HappyWags into my dog's food and he enjoys it. He's been taking it less than a month and I've seen a slight improvement. I'm sure with consistency he will get better.

The product is great and cust service was even better. However, I no longer want this product.

My cats wouldn't eat this, and I did a one time purchase and they put me on a subscription and continued charging me without even getting a text or email like before. The new email was in my junk. So I had no idea they charged until I saw pending in my bank account. Would never recommend!

There is no improving. The website say 60 days no questions asked. Fully refundable. It’s so not true. I have had texts offering me 50% & even 25%. Having to jump through hoops for a refund. This company has me so disgusted with there BS. Ask your veterinarian before making this purchase. Keep the money, a review is worth more. I can’t write an honest review of the product because I did not use it. They automatically sign you up for auto ship. Had no idea until I received an email & a charge. NO unacceptable.
