There was no scoop included so I cannot give a measured amount. I have tried all the "helpful hints" given and my cat will not eat it. The jar is MUCH SMALLER than pictured in the ad. I cannot even read the label it is so small. Delivery took a month! Tracking info was incorrect the whole time. One ad states late deliveries will receive a free gift and discount. After a month of waiting I should receive both and did not. Will not accept a return because it's open. Ad did not state that. How can I know it's no good if it's unopened?

I was skeptical of ordering taurine for Willow since I had already wasted money on another company's product that made no change in my aging dog. But I decided to give it a try. I ordered two products. The collagen did not arrive. The pkg had been cut open and re-taped. Happy Wags promptly replied when I notified them and showed proof of what I received. They immediately sent the missing product. Willow has only been on it a short time, but I am confident this company's products are going to help her. The ingredients are pure. I know I'm buying from a company that has great customer support. Thank you Happy Wags.

Zero customer service. We have emailed multiple times and attempted to call with no answer either way. Our cat passed away in the time between we ordered this and it was delivered. Since we no longer have a cat we would like to return for a refund, which only seems right. Yet no response
