Unfortunately my finicky cat would not accept the product, but the Customer service was outstanding. Shout out for Russell for working with me for a fair resolution

The customer service I experienced was very helpful!

I feel the product is a good product. I had to cancel due to my dog didn’t like the taste but a very picky dog. The customer service was excellent in in processing my cancellation request.

This review is for Kelly, she was kind and informative. Customer service was great. The product is still in trial

My cats did not like the smell, but customer service is excellent! They're very helpful and prompt! Helped me solve my issues in a very timely manner!

AIM cat supplement. Excellent product. Cats like it. Good customer service!

I never knowingly approved for a subscription to this product. I ordered food through Smalls and it sent me this product along with. my order. I was under the impression that my Smalls order was a one time purchase, however, they tagged this product onto a SUBSCRIPTION which I also had to cancel. Times are very difficult economically right now and these tactics are very bad for business.

I got this product for my cat & she seems to love it. I mix it with her wet food. It has a fishy smell, but what matters is that is will help with her longevity of life. She has stomach issues, but no issues with this product.
