Horrible customer! Wrote several emails regarding change of address. Even contacted the shipping company! More emails. No response! Order delivered to old address. Not a USPS issue. If not forwarded to me, out $35.00😡 A word to the wise, DO NOT IRDER FROM THIS COMPANY NOR WAGGS! Shame on them!

crap company will send you the same form email as PURRIQ for a product return and offer you a bad deal without telling you about it up front. product is listed as having no known prescription interactions but they told me not to give it to my cat with a prescription diet. After I already bought it. You will also wait weeks to hear back about your return and they'll tell you "we'll give you a 5% refund and you can keep the product" shove em.

I have sent several emails to this company to find out if they automatically set me up for autoship when I did not consent to it. Absolutely NO ONE will answer any of my emails! They have the WORST customer service and they do not have a phone number for their business, which should have told me something right there. They prey off people who love their pets and want to help them and take your money automatically signing you up for a subscription you did not consent to. And I also haven't received my product and it's been two weeks now. Judging from the other reviews, I won't get it, or I will in a couple of weeks and get charged for another one, even though I didn't consent to it. I've already contacted my credit card though, so I'll be good to go at least and won't have any more fraudulent charges when they occur and if I don't receive my product. They'll reply to this review saying they want to make it right with their email, but they still won't reply to it, it's just to make it look good that they replied to your review. An absolutely despicable company! Do NOT buy anything from them! You WILL regret it!

Isabella reached out and was very kind and helpful with the information she gave. Happy wags Collegen has done wonders for my German shepherd who has really bad allergies so her skin and coat have been hurting. Love this product and the team here!
