AIM sounded like a great product and I ordered it for my senior cat. He is notoriously a picky eater and turned away from any food I sprinkled the product on. I contacted customer service and tried a few work-arounds to see if hewould eat it, but it didn't work. I'm disappointed for sure. I really wanted this to work. After contacting customer service, they were able to help me with my subscription. Thank you, HappyWags team!

The shipping was long especially for a product that advertised made in the USA. I later see in transit it was coming from overseas. Really? I don’t want my cats having anything from outside the USA. I canceled subscription and threw the product out. The customer service I will say was good at getting back to me about my issue with product.

they use shipping companies that nobody has ever heard of. Then you can’t put delivery instructions in. They can’t help you once they already ship it. They don’t use any namebrand shipping companies. It’s all some weird companies nobody’s ever heard of. And good luck trying to get help because once they ship it out, they can’t help you anymore.

I placed an order and received it, But my cat had passed away, so I no longer needed it.I asked if they could refund the money, and they kindly said they would.And they said they would also cancel any further subscriptions. They're a very good company

Finally received the product nearly a month after ordering. Was happy with customer service response when questioned about delivery delay. My cats like it so far although it’s only been a couple days. However I was just charged again and another ‘shipped’ but I don’t recall signing up for a subscription. I also have to comment the instructions on the label is too incredibly small for the average above 40 person to read even with readers. *please include a pamphlet or make lettering larger. Generally satisfied thus far.

Somehow I ended up with a monthly subscription I did not request. I contacted customer service and the matter was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. With respect to the product itself, it has made a remarkable improvement in the health of my two senior cats. They are more alert and seem to feel much better. I plan to continue dosing them with the product.
