They shipped & arrived really fast. The box was little crushed on the corner and 5 photo tiles were also crushed inside. Emailed the customer service and they helped me get replacement for the damaged tiles! Great customer service and great product for what I paid for.

My 12 printed photos in black frames came out great. The tiles were easily placed on my wall. I loved how everything looked for about 2 weeks. Then, I kept hearing crashes as my photos fell off the wall. The adhesive is NOT as sticky as the company claims. Over the course of maybe a month, half of my photos came crashing down in the middle of the night. They’re stuck to a clean, dry, painted wall, so it shouldn’t be an issue. After a while I got sick of them continually falling off. I placed Command Strips on the back of each frame. Happy Tiles - good in theory. Bad execution. I won’t be purchasing more, and I caution others about the weak adhesive.

The tiles have good photos. But it is very misleading that they will stay on the wall or you can move them. I cleaned the wall as instructed. Got up in the AM an they were all on the floor.. I would not use this company again.

I have sent emails to customer service for the past 5 days trying to track my Order. Even with my order number submitted as ask for I have received no response from them but to say it might take up to 48 hours to Respond. Still waiting!

Horrible service. I usually use Mixtiles and allowed my self to support this company and still no tiles. I ordered on March 14 and not the 12th as recently stated from Mixtiles and this company. Guess what? I got my Mixtiles and still no delivery from these people. BUYER BE WARE. IM NEVER USING THEM AGAIN. AND IM LOOKING TO SUE FOR EMOTIONAL DAMAGE 💔 They responded only after I wrote this review. Yet I place 2 request for a call on their site and NO ONE RESPONDED. To be told " it's a process, 8 days turn around. Doesn't change the hurt this caused. Tomato, tomato. It still didn't give my family the treasured photos of my dad who passed away this month. I will be unable to give them out today at the funeral. So it is what it is.

I appreciate Happytiles so much! Had a little hiccup but everything was resolved and I can’t wait for my replacements! Everything else came out perfectly! Thanks guys!
