Had just received the pictures and was excited to hang them up. The adhesive is very bonding and when I tried to remove one picture from the wall because it was crooked and a thin layer piece of the sheetrock and paint came off. Damaged the wall. So not able to move them. I know once I remove them I will have to repair and paint the sheetrock. Totally the opposite of the advertisement. Not true you can move them around. Horrible outcome. It will cost money to fix sheetrock.

I ordered 8 of the frame less pictures on the sponge back, not only did it take Like a month to get here, but they were damaged, and there was no sticky tape on any of them. I paid over 100 dollars for 8 damaged pictures that I can't even hang on my wall. I will never order from happy tiles again, nor will I be recommending them to anyone else. There are other similar companies, and I suggest people use any one of those.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your recent order. After reviewing your case, we confirmed that your order was placed on May 24th and delivered on June 7th, which is within two weeks. We also noted that on June 4th, UPS encountered a problem while the shipment was in transit, causing the delay. We are truly sorry for the damaged tiles and the missing sticky tape. We will replace the damaged tiles and send the necessary tapes as soon as possible. Our customer support agent will be in touch with you shortly to arrange the replacements and tape shipments.

I got my tiles yesterday and when I opened the box... WOW, they were soooo nice. I made a mistake and ordered the same picture twice, but everything turned out great with their customer service. I will be buying more tiles. They are very nice.

You having an amazing employee name Wendy. If I lived in the same town where she lived, I would poach her from you. I’d put her upper management and give her a big fat raise. One of her tasks would be to retrain the rest of your staff and bring them up to her standards. I truly believe that you are missing a very big opportunity here, you need to take a look at this woman and put her in upper management. Not only doez she have great people skills and probably solving she is quite the artist in her own right. I am 65 years old and I never give up artistic design to anyone. For the first time in my life I did with Wendy. She took it and ran with it and made my purchase so much better and Quite beautiful. I will tell all my friends about your wonderful company and the beautiful pieces of Crystal you make. More in importantly I will tell them to only work with Wendy. Thank you for reading this. I saw a sales add for this company on Facebook. I was originally planning on getting my tiles from a different brand. But Happytiles had a better price, so I took the risk and ordered, hoping this is not a scam. Glad I did. I received beautiful 22 tiles. The packaging was great and the order came quickly. I would love if they would offer different sizes, but I will definitely order again.
