So I ordered 2 packages one with 12 tiles and one with 13 Today I received 2 boxes 1 box had 12 tiles of pictures of strangers/someone else’s order and the other box only had 9 of of my 13 tiles There is no phone number to call Custermer service and you have to send a message through the app and hope for a response for them to rectify there error I just emailed to let’s see if and how long it takes for response I want to update as of now happy title does get back to you quickly in an attempt to rectify their mistake I will update again once I actually receive the missing parts of order I have received my missing times and this concludes my updates

I recently posted a very strong review of this company and honestly think it should still stand for people to see. The only reason the situation was rectified was due to that review so I think customers should know. However, after my review posted Karen from the customer service team reached out to me and offered to oversee the production of my photo and send me another one. I agreed and I received it and it was corrected and Karen checked in multiple times. She was lovely and accommodating. But again it took me leaving a horrific review to have someone from this company care enough to try and resolve an issue their company created multiple times. I appreciated Karen and her efforts to fix my wedding photo and get it sent to me in a timely fashion. She is certainly a 5 star employee at a 1 star company. I still will never order from this company again but I will say Karen was outstanding.

After looking at many photo tile sites I went with happytile. The price was great. They were shipped quickly. And the packaging was perfect. I love how they box them in trays. However the photo quality was just not that great. I originally ordered them to go in on a hallway in a high traffic area of my home, I instead put them on a wall in a guest room. It was just not the brightness and photo detail I wanted. The frames are very lightweight perfect for sticking on a wall without using nails but its also a little flimsy and cheesy. I rarely do reviews especially negative ones but I wanted to catch the person who maybe can't reorder from somewhere else after finding out these are that great. It's expensive. I did not reach out to the company for changes or redos. Im just not that person. I'll do something different with the hallway!

Tiles are nice and easy to put up the quality of photo was good my issue is that UPS placed box on my porch under the area that was dripping, one tile damaged. Reached out to happy tiles via email explaining that I wanted to discuss a replacement have heard crickets. I understand that UPS should have placed in plastic bag considering Maine weather but expected an email response at least. Probably will not order again will spend the extra money with another company
