The heart looks beautiful! There had been an issue with my order, which was probably my fault when I cropped the image, but Masterpics handled it so graciously, and the final product looks amazing. Thanks!

Quality of the product was good, so was customer service and the shipping was quick.

I received my order today. It turned out very beautiful! Advice: add photos only in good quality! The only negative is that there is no stencil for the walls, as in other companies.

Their customer service is the best! They cared about my needs and we're very professional. I also highly recommend this company for their quick delivery of the merchandise you order

This was to be a special gift from my husband. However, it turned out to be such a disappointment. My husband bought the 16 tile package. After taking much time and precision to place the tiles they began to fall off. I reached out to Happy Tiles and I was told that it could have been an inferior tape that was used. I then received a 50% refund, this really not fix the issue. The tiles that fell off the wall have ripped the paint off my wall. I am now left with five tiles still on the wall and I am hesitant to remove them in the event that it rips more paint off the wall. I received a further 50% refund. This really does not solve the issue because I cannot remove the five remaining pictures, the reason state here above. I have taken pictures of the current state of the pictures and the paint that was ripped off. I am expecting happytiles to carry the cost to repaint the wall. This should not be a cost I have to carry out.

I recently ordered some custom prints from Happy Tiles, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The pictures turned out even better than I expected, with vibrant colors and crisp details. The entire process, from uploading my images to receiving the prints, was seamless and efficient. Not only is the quality top-notch, but the customer service was also exceptional. The team at Happy Tiles was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my order. I highly recommend Happy Tiles to anyone looking for high-quality prints to adorn their walls. Thank you, Happy Tiles, for adding beauty and personality to my home!

I received my order and it looks great with the frame. Quality is very similar to mix tiles (which I have tried as well). I wish they cleared some of the pictures but they were sent in as low resolution and at the price they charge I am ok with that

I ordered 8 pictures for 75 dollars plus tax. They arrived on time. All were somewhat damaged with the edges peeling up. I was contacted by customer service in a reasonable amount of time. After I sent photos of the problem they said they would replace them. The new tiles arrived within a week. They sent 7, two of them were duplicates. So really it was six. There was no adhesive, so they couldn’t be hung. They said they would send two more if I would go in and place another order and upload more pictures. They also said they would send adhesives so I can hang them. It’s been 5 weeks since my original order and I have zero hangeable pictures. I will need to place another order for the missing ones at no charge and wait god knows how long until they get around to sending the adhesive so I can hang them. I sent an email two days ago saying I was unhappy about the order and they replied that I should have placed the order for the two free ones and said nothing about the adhesive. I feel like Ive done enough work and enough emailing. I haven’t placed the new order because I am thinking about calling the credit card company at this point and sending the messed up stuff back to them. Why can’t they just send what I ordered? They have the pictures I uploaded. ———-Update——- After being upset for a week I decided to try a third time. I uploaded two new pictures to have made in to tiles as Happytiles suggested. Now I’m just waiting to see if they send them and get it right. I’m hoping third times the charm. After not hearing back I sent the following last attempt email. I sent an email Monday night, Tuesday night, and now Wednesday night and have not heard back. The promo code you gave me did not work for me. You previously asked me to send you two pictures to satisfy the order. I have done that. I am making a good faith effort to clear this up. At least please respond with the status of my order and account. The mistakes and lack of service has been astounding. This back and forth for weeks is ridiculous considering we are talking about 8 pictures. Please follow through with your promises. After all this time and effort I may end up with 8 pictures I can gift to my mother. Isn’t that incredible? I would think after all this Happytiles would be responding quickly and offering something to make up for the phenomenal inconvenience. Conversely I’m still fighting just to get the 8 tiles I paid for nearly two months ago.
