I love my Happytiles. I have ordered two different sets. My second set had an issue, but Happytiles’s customer service is great. They were prompt about addressing my needs and even gave me a code for two free tiles. Thank you!

Product was not what I expected. 1- pictures have no cover (glass or plexiglass) to protect them and keep them clean 2- several pictures were not in the frames well and didn’t lay flat 3- frames are super cheap thin plastic that scratches easily 4- I removed frames from wall (16) to try another layout and after it being on the wall for a few minutes when removed several took not only paint but drywall off the wall so not removable and reusable as advertised 5- pictures were very dull and hazy, I printed one on my home printer to compare and it was vibrant and clear. I would recommend another brand. I would not order from them again. Poor quality not worth the money at all. Too expensive.

I would have given a 0 if it was an option. I had 12 tiles of nature pictures, the tiles came with only the center of each picture printed, half of each picture was cropped. I contacted customer service hoping to have a replacement with better prints sent to me. They told me they don't see anything wrong with the tiles. I had sent them my original pictures to compare with the tiles. The customer service told me to ship the tiles back for a refund, shipping back would have costed me 30-40 dollars plus my time. I am so disappointed, wasted al my time on printing and waiting for these tiles and ended up trashing them and have my $70 wasted. Edit - I couldn’t reply to Happy tiles response, decided to add to my comment. Happy tiles never tried to correct or accepted their mistake on my order, they can’t accept that the fault is in the system. They think it is my fault, my suggestion was for them to login as a customer and test the process to know what is wrong, but I guess that is too much work. I trashed the tiles and that is exactly what they were worth. However, happy tiles asked me to take my review back. My response to them was to better your system and service to have better reviews. This site isn’t only low quality product, but it is also low quality service. It is a complete waste of time.

As a photographer, I wanted to display some of my work. This was the perfect avenue to design a blank wall. I put a medal name plate in the middle and surrounded it with 18 titled photos. Thank you

I like that the tiles were lightweight and it came with the little leveler… It made it really easy to put up and I had them up within five minutes. Personally I would like to see the price a little bit lower… But overall I’m happy with my purchase.

I’ve ordered from Mixtiles before and decided to give Happytiles a shot. Pictures came out great (I ordered 16), but just like the Mixtiles, I thought I could easily move them around ..the Happytiles tore paint right off my walls!! HappyTiles has amazing customer service. Thank you for a quick response. The team members are dedicated and caring.

The tiles arrived in about a week or less than. The quality is very good and they stick solidly to the wall. They give a clean sleek look and I am just absolutely thrilled with them. Photos were easy to upload as well.
