These guys are legit. The process was super easy to upload an image, they have a bunch of different paper and printing options and my huge print arrived a few days later looking crystal clear and high quality.

I’m the artist and copyright owner of Big.Bang. I found it listed on Pikazo’s website as “Nucleus” and offered as a print without my permission. I contacted the company through Instagram and was told the matter would be passed to their legal team. At the time of writing, the listing was still showing as in stock. I’m waiting for a clear response and for the listing to be removed. This review reflects my experience as the artist whose work is being sold.

Awesome team of people with an awesome idea. Never had better customer service.

UPDATE 10/9/2026 One of the co-founders reached out to me after becoming aware of the issue. They resolved the situation and were able to honor the free shipping after all! Will update once I receive the pieces, but so far so good! 10/8/2026 Advertise "free shipping within the US" all over their website, ads, and social media. Was being charged a $16 shipping fee upon trying to check-out. I send them a message to figure out how to get free shipping and they confirm their policy, that shipping is free within the US. After sending my zip code, they apologize and say that my zip code is excluded, even though it is obviously within the US. No attempt to do what is right and actually honor their word. No attempt to provide a solution, just left me on read.

The art is nice, but the movement is minimal depending on the piece. You have to be quite strategic on where you place it depending on other light sources and if you can actually see it in your sightline while moving throughout your space to catch the movement. The frame is a very cheap quality, and the lever/springs that keep the art in constantly pop out and come loose, even during set up and hanging. The art actually also does not lie flat against the frame because of it, and the center bulges outwards while the corners bend toward the wall. The art itself is cool, but sometimes I wonder if I was better off buying high quality prints and a nicer frame. There was a manufacturing defect in one of my pieces that thankfully Pikazo was able to replace for me for free, so that was +1 stars for customer service.

Shipping damage happens and I don't blame Pikazo for that. HOWEVER, they advertise response to customer service within 24 hours and 3 days later not a peep so I posted this review. Then I got a response from one of the owners and a prompt full refund for the damaged piece.

Toggle is the perfect picture for us! We had some issues with the initial delivery and we were treated with courtesy and respect and everything was quickly resolved. I would never hesitate to buy from this in fact, I purchased another picture for my daughter and one for my son for their birthdays.

I couldn’t be happier with my order from Pikazo. The framed prints are absolutely stunning and even more beautiful in person. The quality is excellent, and everything arrived in perfect condition despite the long journey from the United States to France. I would also like to give a special thank you to Andrew, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout a complicated customs situation. His support made a real difference and helped ensure a positive outcome. Thank you to the entire Pikazo team for the beautiful artwork and outstanding customer service.
