I had my wall professionally painted a couple months ago. I've used mix tiles with no problem on the same wall. I got happy tiles because they were slightly cheaper and looked like they would be the same. I gently pulled them off the wall and they took my paint with them. I was not pulling or tugging. I was using a very gentle approach. There are huge holes of paint in my wall and I am now having to cover them up with the tiles and they're not in a straight line anymore because it pulled up. Don't waste your money. One of the pictures is already not flat and is bubbling. Another two had the # on the bottom and you can see it because the frame doesn't cover. Update: I reached out to them and they offered to refund my money if I would consider removing the review. Updated: They did not offer to have my wall repainted or give me any help towards that. They did refund my money though. Several of the tiles are now bubbling.

Shipping is quick and photos were perfectly printed. They are much lesser quality than Mixtiles. I recently removed both types of tiles from wall and the happy tiles really tore up my walls, but not the Mixtiles. Spend the extra to save your walls, especially if renting!

Absolutely awful customer service!!! Do NOT order from them!! I placed an order ahead of Mother's Day, within the window where they guaranteed delivery by Mother's Day. When the order never arrived, I attempted to track it, and learned the order was never even processed! Apparently they had ran out of the materials, and never bothered to tell me. Then several weeks after the intended delivery window, they shipped me a totally different product without my permission, and are telling me I need to ship it back to them. Absolutely miserable experience. I'll be going back to Mixtiles in the future.

They advertised guaranteed shipping by Mother's Day. They did not follow through, did not offer a refund, did not ask me to consent to delayed shipping, and ignored me when I followed up. Do not give them your business. Edit: they have now reached out to me to offer a discount almost a week after ignoring me due to this review. They are trying to get me to edit or take this down in violation of TrustPilot’s TOS. Disappointing but not surprising. They do not try to make things right on their own.

Really disappointed with my experience with Happy Tiles. We placed multiple orders and spent a substantial amount of money on different photo wall sets, including larger 12x12 tiles and smaller 8x8 walls. Over time, the tiles continued falling off the wall one by one despite being installed correctly. I contacted customer service several times and while they were polite, the overall experience was frustrating. I was told replacement adhesive strips would be expedited, but after multiple follow-ups I found out the original shipping label had never even processed due to a system error that was missed. By the time the replacements finally arrived, weeks had passed and we had already dealt with tiles falling during a time we had company over and wanted our home looking nice. The replacement adhesives also did not include enough strips for all of the tiles that had fallen, which was incredibly frustrating considering how many issues we had already experienced. At this point, I’ve spent too much time rehanging frames and worrying about them falling again. The photo quality itself is nice, but the adhesive system has been very unreliable in my experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Happy Tiles and honestly feel this was a waste of money.

Love the tiles and the quality of the pictures but when they tell you they can be moved that is a lie. we had to paint our walls. So i came online and read on the Happy tile website how to remove them by lifting from the bottom. well Now the walls need to be repairs before painting. We had them for a few years so let’s hope the new ones are true . My tiles now can’t be rehung because the tape is messed up.

I purchased photo tiles Happy Tiles based on the product images shown online, which appeared to be high-quality, professionally finished photo tiles. However, when the items arrived, they were significantly different from what was advertised. Instead of the expected quality product, I received cheap-looking printed photos attached to foam boards. The materials and finish are comparable to low-cost craft items and are not consistent with what was shown in the marketing images. After receiving the order, I contacted the company and explained that the items were of poor quality and not as expected. I requested to return the items and receive a refund based on this discrepancy. The company refused my request and did not offer a satisfactory resolution. As it stands, I am left with products that I would not feel comfortable displaying in my home due to their appearance and low-quality construction. I DO NOT recommend! Update:Do not trust the reviews! The company reached out to me and offered a full refund if I agree to remove the negative review. I will NOT be removing it because the product I received is crap.
