DO NOT ORDER from this company. The tiles are of terrible quality. I received tiles with crumpled, poor quality paper essentially pasted on poor quality spongy boards.

Really like my Happytiles but wondering what is the best way to remove if I want to rearrange??? Without damaging my wall. I may change my review if I can’t remove without damaging.

****update****** they reached out to me after this review and gave me a few extra free tiles. I wish we could have handled it on a personal level via email but I’m very appreciative that they reached back out and fixed the problem. Excited to use the tiles. I ordered 16 tiles back in January and never and I have been back and forth with HappyTiles to send me either or a refund or a purchase. My last message, I was completely ghosted. I have not received any updates still up to today. It is extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone buying from them. There customer service is not helpful at all and the issue will not be resolved.

Extremely poor quality product. Upon reaching the customer service, they just keep asking whether the product was damaged and if I could share photos or videos. I ordered frameless tiles and they are nothing but photo pasted on a poor quality sponge. What a waste.

I just recieved my order couple of days ago. To be honest I thought I ordered Mixtiles... Then I seen that I missed ordered. I seen 16 for $89 and ordered.... Happytiles are great... I luv them As of my order mess up. To tell you the truth, when I realized that It wasn't Mixtiles I was not happy at myself. Then I was at my daughters house & her Happytile order arrived. I opened the box and Was Amazed... WOW Happytiles are GREAT... Then I got to my house and opened my Happytile order. I had ordered 32 tiles. I was Absolutely Impressed. I had 1 out of 32 that was blurry. I tossed it. Happytiles I WILL Order More tiles. Thank you A very happy customer that is Very Glad I Miss Ordered. Karen Reason Stuart, Iowa

This company should be ashamed of its business practices!! 1. I ordered 12 tiles for $108. They arrived damaged due to the fact that they placed the prints in the box, for shipping, while the ink on the prints was still wet! Ink from many of the prints bled on the wax paper that separated the prints. 2. Customer service for this company is a joke. No phone number to call. Your only option is to email them and it took me weeks to exchange just a couple of emails with them back and forth. 3. I was clear I wanted a refund because they provided me with a damaged product from the beginning. When my refund finally arrived weeks later, it was for only $54. They charged me a 50% restocking fee. Why should I be charged a restocking fee when you delivered a damaged product? This is the first company that I have ever seen that thinks it’s appropriate not to stand behind their work when THEY make a mistake. 4. I’m sure they will respond to this review with some lame response saying that I should reach out to their customer service department because they would love to help. That is completely disingenuous. 5. Please learn from my mistake. I ordered from this company, originally, thinking they were a subsidiary of mix-tiles. I learned the hard way they are not. Mixtiles is a quality company that produces a quality product.

HappyTiles did a great job resolving an issue (wrong prints sent to me) for us. The tiles look great. Very satisfied.

UPDATE: happy tiles was kind enough to reach out to me regarding ny concerns and they corrected the issue. We will definitely be using the company again, I cannot wait to receive the shipment and hang the pictures. Thanks Happy Tiles! I placed an order with happy tiles 2/10/24 with expedited shipping. 5 days later I still have not seen movement on the order nor have they responded to my inquiry via customer service. I am starting to believe this is not a legit company due to the lack of communication and transparency.
