I got 4 frame and put them in my rental house. Now my lease is up and I wanted to take them out! The whole paint coming out from the wall but can’t take the frame! My landlord will charge me for the paint and damage! DO NOT BUY IT!!!! YOU WILL END UP PAYING MORE FOR THE PAINTER OR FOR YOUR LANDLORD! I wish I could put pictures in here to show you damage!

I was rearranging family photos and I wanted to have current pics of my children and grands. I saw the ad for happytiles and I purchased the GLASS tiles. They look awesome. I am extremely pleased with the look and feel of the pics. They are clear and lite weight.

In August and September last year I ordered 140 tiles from Happytiles.. It wasn't too long before I was contacting them about issues I was having. Not only do they randomly fall off the wall, the process they use seems to make the photos look warped. At that time they sent me 36 free ones which now have done the same thing as well.. I have a beautiful air conditioned room they are in? so humidity is not the problem. They seem to not lay flat on the frame. And, then when they fall of the wall the picture falls out in some corners and I have to try to make it lay flat in again.. This has been happening from the beginning. They tried to help with saying I could buy more at a discounted price but I have tried that and the result is the same.. I have since ordered Mixtiles and they lay flat and smooth.. You can imagine the money I spent on 140 tiles and now will be doing the entire process over with another company.. Extremely disappointed with this product..

To clarify, you originally ordered a total of 98 tiles, and we provided you with a coupon for 42 replacement tiles. While it's been some time since your last order, and the bubbling may be related to wear and tear or changes in humidity, we genuinely want to make things right for you. We understand that you've declined our offer for a good deal to reorder and replace the tiles. However, if you change your mind, please know that the offer still stands. The tile I picked out, and the tile I received, look nothing alike. The local store I ordered from came out and looked at the tile. He never admitted I received the wrong tile. He did offer to buy the tiles back that I had left over ( they have to be packaged in sets of 6) We did not have time to reorder as our construction crew was on a scope of work timeframe. The tiles I received are beautiful, just not the colors I ordered. I had to change my color scheme 05/22/
