Really cute but
Really cute, but items are so small. My kitten barely fits on the cat tree

Poorly packaged, broken product
Shipped the first product in the shelf packaging (not double-boxed). It was a gift, so of course it arrives broken and looks like trash. They shipped a replacement the same way despite my specific request to double box so I could present the packaging for the gift.

10/10 experience
Purchased the Coconut Island cat tree and was so pleased with every part. Shipping was quick, everything arrived in great shape, it was quick to put together and it's just so adorable. Our boys are a little bigger and the construction of this is really solid. I'll definitely be back for more trees!

Leaky fountain is unusable
The water fountain leaks terribly, water gets everywhere and it needs to be refilled multiple times per day. The mat doesn't help because it overflows from how much water leaks

My New Favorite Thing
It took awhile (about 2 months) but was TOTALLY WORTH IT. I absolutely love my pet portrait and will be ordering several more in the near future!
